Comment: I am useless at learning languages - laziness I suppose. I bought this 'Nod off' package with not much hope and I have to say it is working - my partner is fluent in French and says I'm definitely picking up the language. It's like listening to an audiobook when you've work to do in the house and haven't got the time to sit down and read - you find yourself absorbing the message without really slogging away at it. Ideal for all us lazy gits and I suppose the swots alao.

Comment: This is great - a thorough but user-friendly way of learning French. It's especially good on speaking French, learning the sounds and pronounciation. The CD has a sexy-sounding bi-lingual woman (worth the price of admission alone...) talking you through everything. The little book is good too, nice and simple but it's all there.

Summary: Wish I'd had this when I was learning French at school
Comment: Fancy a relaxing evening doing studying? Thought that was a contradiction in terms until I found this book and CD pack. The booklet gives all the basics you need about the French language, and the CD takes you into a state of deep relaxation, the French being spoken by a woman with a fantastic voice. All in all an excellent product. I would recommend it to anyone.
