Summary: A reborn concious
Comment: I got fed up with being this shy little one in the middle of my crowd of friends so I decided to put my life on the mend once and for all! I've already had similiar successes having listened to Glenn Harrold's 'Manifestng Your goals and dreams' and 'Overcome Addictions'. He has saved my life and my concious in a way that I've always supported. Self Suffiency is the key to making your life work for you and as that goes to prove you need to call on Harrold's hypnotherapy discs to help guide you to being a better person.

Summary: It Really Worked For Me!
Comment: I used this cd after trying possibly everything you could think of including seeing a psychiatrist but nothing worked. I have what the doctor classed as 'agoraphobia' (I think thats how its spelt) which means that I have a fear of being out in open spaces and the more people that are out there around me, the more I panicked. So instead of panicking all the time, I just stopped going out at all. The doctor recommended that I see a psychiatrist and I did, he tried everything we could think of but to no avail. I am overweight and being like that caused my agoraphbia as I thought people were always laughing at me when I went outside and I stopped talking to peole. So after checking everything on Amazon, I found this cd and I tried Glenn Harolds self-confidence and after just 2weeks I felt remarkably different. I was very different acording to my friends and I spoke to people and when I was asked questions, I answered people instead of freaking out and hiding away. I listened to it every day and it even made me fell so relaxed and 'chirpy' after listening to it. I would recommend it to anyone.

Summary: It worked
Comment: I really have to say that this CD has helped me. I found the following day a big cloud had been lifted from my mind and as the day went on I realised that all the negativity and anxiety I had been feeling for some months had more or less evaporated. In contrast to another reviewer, being a man listening to a male voice was not a problem. I have listened to similar recordings with a female voice but found the male tones more directional and focused rather than soothing. Its direction and focus I needed.
Basically If you suffer from poor self esteem this is for you - but if you have serious problems with confidence or anxiety - see a Pro, but I see no reason why this cant be used as part of a holistic approach to such problems.

Summary: Didn't work for me...
Comment: I've been using this cd for a while now. I bought it on the basis of the many positive reviews on Amazon. I haven't experienced any improvement in my confidence or felt more positive. In fact I feel more on edge and lower than ever, often avoiding social contact. I find the actual cd boring after listening to it so often and I find his voice annoying and unsoothing. The only bit that I like is the music on the second track. I'm sure it works for some people, but as the saying goes "one hat doesn't fit all".

Comment: I don't know what to say... this audio book is fantastic...I can't choose a correct syntax in which to express my joy and how pleased I am with this one.
