Comment: I'm a sceptic and when I happened across these Cd's I was even more sceptical. However the mainly positive reviews on Amazon persuaded me to give it a shot and I'm glad I did.
I started using this CD during a particularly stressful event recently and I have to admit that I was helped immensely. I don't know how this stuff works but it does work and I can attest to the fact that it creates calm within. Its not a quick fix but a definite help.

Summary: soothing CD
Comment: I bought this CD after experiencing a period of anxiety. I realised soon after using this CD how much tension and stress I was carrying around with me. I istened to it every night for 2 or 3 weeks and found it very soothing and calming. The effects seem to last throughout the day.
I would highly recommend this CD. I have also bought a couple of his other CD's which are good as well.

Comment: This is Glen Harrold's loveliest CD.I noticed a subtle calming effect with this the very next day. I listen to it every few days whenever I feel a little bit of edginess or anxiety about work beginning to creep in - if this sounds like you - buy this CD now!
Glen's voice is not quite what you expect, but you quickly get used to it, and the echoing stereo effect through the headphones somehow has a very relaxing effect. The words, background music and sound effects such as birdsong, are lovely and will leave you with a sense of inner calm and peacefulness which makes you breeze through the stresses of the next day.Glen instructs you how to breathe in a way to completely relax you, and then guides you down some visualised steps. As with any of these CDs, you do have to learn to 'relax and let go'for them to be able to help you. It can take a few attempts if you are new to it! The others in the series are good too - it is a matter of choosing what you want to work on. Definitely a good buy.

Comment: ...I found the tape well done and of a high technical level. The reading is mesmerising and authoritative which might ease the assimilation of the ideas by your subconsciousness. As with other subliminal programs you need to listen to it regularly to gain the full effect. This may be the reason why I still cannot say I've had an effect from using this tape.

Comment: This tape helped my boyfriend and love of my life through a tricky period of his life. This tape works with your being to lay a foundation of peace and calm within. Some people fear hypnosis because of the way it is portrayed as this kind of controlling influence. No one person can control the mind of another. Even the might of the media can only hold our attention briefly. No, these tapes are safe and work with a persons own subconcious. I love listening to this tape. My boyfriends stress levels before use of this tape were something in the region of over eighty percent. This tape helped him realise what was really important and that he didn't need to worry as much as he was. A triumph in creative thinking and a market leader in its own right.
