Small adult size affects equipment dimensions, but it does not reduce the rabbit's need for exercise, companionship, hay/grass, enrichment or veterinary care^★. Exact adult size and breed characteristics should be checked against current standards.

Choose equipment that is appropriately sized without restricting movement. The rabbit still needs a secure enclosure and exercise area, hiding places and room to stretch, stand and forage.
